This Group Energy Healing is an easy and powerful experience. You decide your intention, and we connect via zoom. It is a completely private experience as the only one on video and audio will be Ally. Ally will lead you into a peaceful state, you can lie down, meditate, or go about your day, whatever is ideal for you. After she has finished, Ally will let you know and bring you back to center.  She then will jump off to record all insights and messages she received from Spirit and send to you via email over the next few days.  She will also send you along the zoom recording for you to listen to and use for future energy healings, clearings, whatever you intend for that moment.  The high energy space has been created and every time you connect to it, you are bringing it into your own energetic vibration.
